Terms of use
These terms apply to the game Balauria, operated by DELIATTI S.R.L. (Toplita, Harghita, 52734921) — "we". By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. The Romanian version prevails in case of differences.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal: do not sell, lend or share them.
- One player per internet connection. If several people play from the same connection (family, dorm, office), ask for an exception at info@deliatti.ro before playing.
- Keep your password safe. If you suspect someone else uses your account, change the password at once.
- Account, character and settlement names must not be offensive, vulgar, racist, political or misleading (e.g. imitating staff).
2. Fair play
- Bots, scripts, macros, client modifications and exploiting bugs are forbidden. Report bugs — do not use them.
- Multiple accounts, "farming" your own accounts and moving resources between accounts controlled by the same person are forbidden.
- Selling or buying accounts, resources or in-game services for real money is forbidden.
- Harassment, threats and hate speech towards other players are forbidden.
- Computer-controlled players. To keep the world lively, the operator may run accounts played by the game itself ("bots"). They use ordinary nicknames, follow the same rules as players, never receive e-mails, cannot log in and can never win an era. The operator can switch them on, off or remove them at any time.
3. Eras and world resets
The game is played in eras. After a preparation period announced for each era (between two and twelve weeks) Balaur awakens; the first clan to defeat it wins the era. At the end of an era the world is reset: settlements, resources, armies, heroes, items and companions are removed. Your account, the Hall of Fame and earned titles remain. This is a core part of the game, not a loss that is compensated.
4. Sanctions
When the rules are broken we may warn, reset the current era's progress, suspend or close the account, depending on severity. Decisions can be appealed at info@deliatti.ro.
5. The service
- The game is provided "as is". We aim for constant availability, but maintenance or technical problems can interrupt it.
- We may change rules, balance and content to improve the game.
- We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. It is kept for 14 more days — logging in during that time cancels the deletion — and then erased.
7. Intellectual property
The game Balauria — its name, world, texts, rules, artwork and code — belongs to DELIATTI S.R.L. and was created by DELIAtti Studio (www.deliatti.ro). All rights reserved. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to play; you may not copy, modify, sell or reuse the game's content without our written consent. Names and descriptions you write in the game remain yours, but you grant us the right to show them in the game and in the rankings.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; important changes are announced in the game and a new version may need to be accepted again. Romanian law applies. Disputes are settled amicably or by the competent courts of Romania; consumers may also use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
